Project Type: Mid Terraced House
Description: Construction of single storey rear extension, L-shaped dormer and general improvements throughout the house. An open-plan rear room that provides space for a kitchen, dining table, sofa(s) and storage cupboards were created, which allowed for installation of new kitchen, WC, utility room, bathrooms and ensuite.
By the nature of this kind of building work, there were areas of making good to the existing rooms and make internal improvements such as installing new flooring materials throughout, installing underfloor heating, rewiring, re-plastering, redecorating and a new patio in the garden.
