“Ease you into the Process”

We understand that starting out on a building project can be very daunting, which is why we start by offering a completely free consultation call in order to give you access to our expert knowledge and gently ease you into the process. We will talk with you to completely understand your needs and requirements for the works you wish to carry out to your building and its surroundings, and provide assistance for you to formulate your client’s brief.

Our Free guides on how to start a project, who to employ, and what pitfalls to avoid will give you invaluable advice as you progress along your journey of your building project

Following your consultation we compile a tailor-made quotation, giving you the flexibility to choose what level of service you would like to appoint us for. This quotation will clearly define the different stages that a project generally follows, based on the RIBA plan of work. With a strong understanding of the client’s brief, we approach every project with a clean slate, with our ideas matching your ambitions, resulting in bespoke concepts for each project. Our team provides creative and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Once appointed we carry out a full evaluation of your site or property to assess if any alternative suggestions may improve the layout or use or provide a more cost effective solution, examples of these are:

  • Maximising a building’s potential performance.
  • Maximise nett lettable floor area.
