Client Brief

The brief was to create a new ‘Community Hub’ between the original Church building and Office building, for a new Cafe and congregation area.

  • Formation of a new infill building between 2 existing buildings
     
  • Removal of the existing side wall of the old church to open the spaces to one open plan space
     
  • Formation of new kitchen, toilets and ancillary spaces
     
  • New cafe space and servery
     
  • New external landscaping
     
  • Provision of new AHU & Plant, and provision of mansafe systems
