Client Brief

The brief was to create two additional floors within an existing Atrium space for an external hospitality / function spaces. Allowing for undercover activities on the lower level, and a fully open rooftop bar / garden space on the top floor.

Works to Grade II Listed Building

Form 2 new structural floors

Amendments and extension to existing staircases and lift

Provision of two new serving bars

Provision of retractable roof to the top floor, to allow for covered or open events

Relocation of large AHU & Plant, and provision of acoustic screens
