    Your information is securely stored on our company servers and only authorised members of staff have access to it.

    Retention of personal data

    HW Architects Ltd shall maintain records of all clients for the statutory periods to comply with all legal requirements:
    For those clients that enter into a contract with us, records may be kept for up to 15 years (post project completion) in case of any legal claim/complaints etc.
    For those that make enquiries about our services, but do not enter into a contract, contact information will be kept for up to 2 years.

    Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

    You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

    Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted.  Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
