Project Type: Two Storey Office Refurbishment
Description: Strip out and complete refurbishment over 2 floors of an Grade 2 Listed office building, in a former hotel next to the Savoy Hotel in London. Works involved the removal of the existing internal walls to create a new open plan office space. Rationalisation of the lift core providing a planar glass lift lobby to allow natural light into a previous internal space. Rearrangement of the toilet core to provide unisex and disabled toilets in place of the single sex toilets on separate floors. Provision of a new raised service floor for incoming services, new VRF heating and air conditioning units.
