Description: Formation of 68No 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments, with kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces. Formed within two existing stripped out 4 & 6 floor office buildings (under Permitted Development) with the addition of a new rooftop extension. Addition of new lifts, stair & service cores, and new UKPN sub-station. Provision of new carparking, bike storage, refuse & 2No retail units. Overhaul of external facades and provision of new external wall insulated render, and cladding panels.
