Project Type: Mix Use Conversion
Description: Conversion of an ex-print works into a fashion boutique providing catwalk, shop floor and open-plan office space. An open and airy feel was created by installing discreet lighting and ventilation duct-work within ‘floating’ ceiling rafts. A new service core was installed behind a curved library wall that served the office space. Within the core were located the kitchen, WC’s and meeting rooms.
