Project Type: Semi-Detached House
Description: Refurbishment and extension of a period property in Surrey. Improvements included an open-plan cooking, dining and sitting space and a sunlit single-storey rear extension that provided garden access from two elevations. The hall was converted into a playroom and the dining room into an office. An efficiently planned ensuite was added to the rear bedroom.
