The brief was to turn the existing house from the “ugliest house on the street” (client words, not ours), into an attractive house, while adding a new loft space and rearranging the internal layout of the house.

  • Replace existing conservatory with new Rear Extension
     
  • Remove existing shallow roof & build a new top floor storey
     
  • Provide a new master suite, with separate his & her ensuite & walk-in wardrobes
     
  • re-modelling the internal spaces, including relocate the kitchen
     
  • Re-arranging the flow of the house.
