Project Type: Four Storey Office Refurbishment
Description: This four storey office refurbishment to Category A standards including refurbished service cores, a new reception area and external landscaping. Co-coordinating the mechanical and electrical services within a relatively small ceiling void while maximising the floor to ceiling height was a particular challenge. The client wish to obtain a high BREAM rating for the refurbishment and an “Excellent” rating was achieved with a score of 78.05% making it BREAM’s highest rated refurbishment project.
