Project Type: End of Terrace House
Description: Loft conversion with a new staircase provided a master bedroom with a shower room and to provide sufficient headroom, the hipped roof would be replaced with a gable roof and a box dormer was constructed over the rear roof pitch. This was achieved under permitted development rights that provide an allowance of 40 cubic metres.
