Project Type: Four Storey Office Conversion

Description: Centro is a four storey former furniture warehouse that was converted to Category A standards including the removal of the majority of the internal load bearing walls and floor slabs. The new entrances were created with separate receptions leading onto new circulation cores with toilets and DDA lifts. A new floor was added with a terrace providing views across London and a new internal structural frame was built to support this new floor. External facades were retained and refurbished.
