Project Type: Three Storey Office Refurbishment
Description: Strip out and complete refurbishment over 3 floors of an grade 2 listed former brewery warehouse, to form new office space for Caffe Nero’s UK headquarters. Works included knocking through between two buildings (Section 21) to form access across six floor plates. Provision of new entrance, and refurbishment of stairwell, with new toilet cores to all levels. New air conditioning throughout with roof top plant enclosure.
