Description: Conversion of two Grade 2 listed ex farm barns into a single 4 bed residential property. The ground floor comprises open plan living and kitchen space with numerous service points to allow for differing kitchen layouts. The new first floor is accessed via a glass staircase and glass balcony overlooking the ground floor, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Removal of roof, ground slab and internal structure, while retaining the facades. Provision of a new steel frame structure to support new first floor level. The connected 16th Century Grade 2 listed Barn, underwent a complete specialist timber restoration, to provide ancillary accommodation.
