Project Type: Pub to Residential Refurbishment
Description: Conversion of existing public house, cellar and living accommodation above into two residential units. The basement became an Artist studio, with 2 bed living accommodation on the ground floor. The first, second and additional third floor into 3 bed, with roof terrace overlooking Canary Wharf.
Works included removal of all of the existing internal walls, and raising the ground floor with a new steel frame required for stability. A new floor was added at roof level, providing a sun room, and terrace, while voids were cut in the floors to create large double height spaces to each new units.
